Cyber insurance for the systems behind every sale.
Whether customers shop in person or online, a retailer depends on connected systems.

Orders waiting. Checkout unavailable.
Online orders wait while checkout and fulfillment systems are unavailable. Lost sales may be only one consequence. The policy determines whether the event and resulting expenses qualify.
An outage is not automatically a covered cyber event.

What is cyber insurance?
Cyber insurance may help pay specified costs from a covered cyber incident. The policy defines the events, expenses, limits and exclusions. It does not replace cybersecurity measures.
Does it cover every outage?
No. The cause, affected system and policy wording matter. Ask about attacks, system failures, waiting periods and outside providers.
Can it help after customer information is exposed?
A policy may address certain investigation, notification and liability expenses. Check which services are included and which limits, approvals and reporting conditions apply.
Can it help protect customer trust?
Some policies address crisis communications or public-relations expenses. These services cannot guarantee restored trust or reimburse every future lost sale.
How much does it cost?
An actual quote depends on your business and the coverage offered. Compare price alongside limits, retentions, conditions and exclusions. This site does not provide live quotes.
Is CyberAffirm the insurance company?
CyberAffirm is an insurance agency. The insurer named in a policy issues the coverage and confirms its effective date.
